Product Warranty
All KnuKonceptz.com products are protected by our one (1) year warranty. If for any reason a product fails during the course of that year, simply contact us by email, explaining the problem in detail (a picture may be requested) and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued. All returns must be shipped prepaid; KnuKonceptz.com will provide return shipping to the customer
Shipping Methods
KnuKonceptz proudly ships packages through the US Post Office. Our main shipping method is USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail; orders received before 1pm usually ship the same day. This service yeilds 2-3 day delivery and Saturday delivery to every US address, including APO, AK, HI, and all US terrirtories at no extra charge to our customers.
KnuKonceptz "Premium" shipping within our shopping cart is designed to use the fastest means available for the amount charged and is dependent on zip code and weight of a package. We try our best to use USPS Express Mail service. This is a 1-2 day shipping service. Please see the map linked below to review our estimated time in transit for our standard delivery service. (NOTE - This map shows time in transit. The days indicated do not count for any order processing time)

Damaged Packages
In case of a damaged package or merchandise lost or damaged due to shipping; notify a representative immediately at Kontact@KnuKonceptz.com Keep all packaging and box contents. Further instruction will be given at the time of incident.
Return Policy
If you ordered the wrong item or the item was not what you thought it would be, it may be returned for replacement or credit towards the correct item. Returns for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee; the remainder of the amount will be credited back to the purchaser the same way it was received. ONLY new, unused items are eligible for credit. Items without or not in their packaging cannot be returned. There is no fee for exchanging items, they must however, be unopened. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and must have a Return Authorization number (RA #) Those packages without the above will be refused and returned to sender.
Custom length cable:
Any cut length cable cannot be returned as each length is specifically cut for a specific order.
Order discrepancy
If you have a problem with your order, you must report it to us within 5 days of receiving the package. Make sure to keep all packing material and the box incase it was damaged in shipping. Any and all discrepancies will be handled in a timely manner. Our goal is for 100% satisfaction from our customers.
