  • Which side is Positive and which is Negative?

    One of the two conductors has a RED stripe on the side, this is the Positive

  • Can this cable be used in wall?

    In wall cable requires a UL listing and be CL2 or CL3 rated by UL to be up to code. The main difference is that CL2 and CL3 rated cables have a double jacket to prevent damage to the cable while pulled through walls and that jacket is fire rated. The Bassik Speaker Wire is not rated for in wall use, however it can be used in drop ceilings. If CL2 or CL3 rated wire is needed, see our KL3 series.
