Shipping at KnuKonceptz.com is based on your order amount. This keeps shipping to all parts of the USA equal regardless of how far from our facility in North East Ohio you may be.
There is no extra shipping or handling charges for orders going Alaska, Hawaii, military address or any US territory. We can not however, guarantee delivery time to these destinations or expedite most orders going to these locations
Orders are processed daily. Online orders received before 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time ship the same day. The map below represents time in transit using our standard delivery option. KnuKonceptz ship via UPS and US Postal Service when possible.
Once you have completed your online purchase, you will instantly receive an order confirmation email. This will contain your billing, shipping, and order information along with a confirmation number. You can also log into your user account on KnuKonceptz.com to verify the order has been accepted. From there, your order status will change from "Processed" to "Shipped" once the order has been filled and processed in our warehouse. Tracking will be emailed directly to you from UPS or USPS that evening. PLEASE check your spam or bulk mail folder (Yahoo and Hotmail users) for these tracking emails.
Shipping at KnuKonceptz.com is based on your order weight and your postal code. The further away from Ohio, the more expensive shipping will be. A rate calculator is being added to this section shortly.

Smaller orders ship on USPS. The USPS Flat Rate Envelopes typical time in transit is 10 days though we have seen some arrive as late as 3 weeks during holidays season. UPS shipments leave our warehouse on Tuesday and Friday of each week. These parcels take anywhere from 4-10 business days and have real time tracking (not available with USPS)
Absolutely not! The final price you pay at the time of checkout through KnuKonceptz.com is all you need to pay. There are no surprises at time of delivery. KnuKonceptz charges you GST and a small brokerage fee (GST and fee is billed at 7% of the merchandise total) Those fee's are paid forward to Canada Revenue and UPS Canada.
